This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location. I stay in London quite often and this will be my new go to place for accommodation in London. Although the rooms are not large, they’re very well finished with great ensuite facilities and very clean. The location is easy to get to from Victoria train coach and underground. Just less than 10 minutes walk from either of them. I was lucky on this occasion and got a room on the second floor overlooking the road which was very spacious. Although on the front of the property, it was still very quiet all night long as the road itself is also very quiet.The staff couldn’t be more helpful and when I asked for an iron ironing board, it arrived within a few minutes.
Very clean and comfortable. Our room was small, just barely larger than the bed, but completely adequate. The bathroom, also small, but very clean and modern. This is one hotel of a series of small hotels along this block.
Bed is a bit soft for me. 1 pillow is a bit harsh too. No extras in the room. Very clean with good basic amenities. Pleasant staff and just a 5 minute walk to Victoria. Also, no lift with heavy bags and 3 flights of stairs was something I could do without. I would stay again.
We loved this hotel for the convenience and proximity to the Victoria Station and it was close enough to walk to many of our destinations. The rooms are small, which we anticipated. The carpet in our room was old and not very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Anika was very nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
